A new hotpot buffet is seeking an experienced manager with a strong background in managing hotpot restaurants.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hotpot buffet or similar restaurant management roles, with expertise in operations management, food management, staff recruitment, and reporting.
Language: Proficiency in Khmer and English.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of buffet operations, food supply chain management, and inventory control.
Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational challenges and implement solutions effectively.
Food Safety: Certification in food safety and hygiene standards (preferred but not mandatory).
Education: Degree or diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Ensure efficient daily operations, coordinate kitchen and service staff, monitor food stations, and reduce waste.
Food Management: Estimate food needs, source quality suppliers, place orders, and maintain inventory logs.
Kitchen Management: Recommend and maintain equipment, ensure food safety compliance, and oversee repairs.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff for peak efficiency.
Customer Service: Maintain cleanliness, timely service, and resolve complaints to ensure a great dining experience.
Reporting: Track inventory, sales, and costs, and prepare detailed reports for management.
