Key Responsibilities: -Identify and reach out to potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. -Provide information on available properties, their features, and market trends. -Present and promote real estate properties to potential clients. -Conduct property viewings and site visits. -Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with clients. -Prepare and present offers to clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. -Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and policies affecting the market. -Prepare sales reports and market analysis summaries for management review. -Handle contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to property transactions. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
