Solutions Architect

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and wireframes, and prototypes using Axure and Figma. -Work closely with UI/UX, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with technical capabilities and architectural guidelines. -Develop comprehensive system design documents, including data models, process flows, and interface specifications. -Create interactive prototypes and simulations to demonstrate user workflows, interactions, and functionality. -Conduct comprehensive reviews of Axure and Figma designs to ensure alignment with product requirements, usability standards, and design principles. -Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine and enhance design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. -Facilitate design reviews and presentations to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions effectively. -Document design specifications, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability across products. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. -Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization. -Conduct Usability Testing, and post-implementation reviews to validate system functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Qualification/Skills/Behaviours, and Related Experiences.) -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. -Minimum 8 years of experience in solution design, system design preferably in an in-house product development environment. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and system architectures. -Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive user experiences. -Experience with modeling techniques and tools such as UML or BPMN. -Proficiency in design tools such as Axure RP, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. -Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. -Experience conducting design reviews, usability testing, and gathering user feedback. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. -Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual design, layout, and typography. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
