Main Duties:
- Undertake induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for all Teacher’s Assistants.
- Give assignments and supports to all Teacher’s Assistants.
- Plan and lead the supporting works of Teacher’s Assistants in the Organizing and Physical Teams for each school event.
- Comply with all policies and procedures particularly those relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality, data protection and equal opportunities.
- Have ability to adapt quickly and effectively, to changing circumstances/situations, to use own initiative and work independently as well as have a positive approach to problem solving, to work calmly under pressure.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in English, Administration Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 year work experiences in School or related field
- Able to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English
- Ability to make communication with Students, Employee, and Management
- Organizing experience and ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
- Rapid Khmer and English typing
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
