Responsibilities:
• Supervise and control all preventive maintenance activities,
o PMR Management.
o BWI Management
o Lubrication management.
• Provide inspection reports and trends to monitor the critical equipment condition.
o Monitor wear profile.
o Lubrication consumption.
o PMR alert report.
o WBI Critical 1 Report.
• Ensure OH&S and environment compliance with International and Local regulation.
o Closed all Un-Safe condition in responding area.
• Review and update Preventive Maintenace Routine Master Plan and Check Sheet:
o PMR Master Plan Mechanical Review (Crusher, Raw Mill, Cement Mill, Coal Mill, Kiln, AFR, WHR).
o Update All PMR Check Sheet.
o Convert PMR list to SAP system.
o Manage and follow up the PMR Scheduling.
o Create Notification from PMR activities.
• Perform and Update for Lubrication Management.
o Lubrication Chart Update.
o Lubrication Schedule compliance.
o Lubrication Consumption report and update stock balance.
o Manage and Control Oil Analysis report.
• Performance and update for Walk By inspection:
o Review work balance for WBI.
o Manage and follow up WBI Schedule compliance.
o Create Notification from WBI and alert to End user.
• Recognize during the performing his duty all Safety risk situations and Near Misses. Make Safety report about it, share with his team and resolve all safety issues in the working place as soon as possible.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Cement Process
• Knowledge and experience in the Preventive Maintenance field min 3years
Knowledge of SAP PM; SAP MM and SAP PS Module
Technical competencies requirements:
1.Condition monitoring system, Lubrication system
2.NDT methods for detection of cracks in steel material
3.Vibartion Analysis – Level1
