Customer Service Officer

I. Job Responsibility: - Maintain relationships with carriers and customers - Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues - Check all pre-alert documents from origin sides and issue document release DO to customer - Follow up with customers, partners, forwarders, and carriers (shipping line, airline) to get all document & Bill of Lading (BL), arrival notice, and invoice charge for request to Account Department to settle - Prepare all documents for processing import formality including Invoice and Debit Note for customers - Prepare and Book Truck for pick up and unload all cargo until empty container return to Depot - Prepare all original Customs Clearance document for doing report to Manager and provide to customer. - Contact with shipper, shipping line or forwarder for booking to get release containers and space - Booking truck to pick up container and all cargo to destination port - Prepare invoice and packing list by follow the contract or PO and prepare all document for apply phytosanitary, fumigation, CO, … - Prepare VGM and SI to shipping line or forwarder - Prepare monthly report presentation to senior customer service - Performs other related duties as assigned by line Manager II. Requirements: - Bachelor degree or related field - Minimum 1 year experience in customer service positions in the same industry - Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus -Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus.
