Customs Clearance Officer (ទីតាំក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ)

I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Check and reply email shipping documents provided by operation and customer. 2. Prepare customs documents for import or export. 3. Prepare documents for apply MOE and MOH permit. 4. Get documents for signatures and stamps. 5. Prepare and close cash advance of clearance and duty tax. 6. Assist to check commodity HS Code. 7. Check and confirm draft CO. 8. Key in customs system such Customs Value Declaration, Single Window, for export-import permit. 9. Key in Asycuda system for clearance. 10. Processing clearance at dry port. 11. Calculate duty and tax to customer. 12. Provide solutions concerning shipping docs to customer. 13. Prepared monthly report of shipments 14. Assist upper level-management, Senior manager, Director. 15. Support other CC staffs as assigned II. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Must has good relationship with customs policies, dry port staffs and customs officers at all gates and ports. • Always polite when we meet with our customers/clients. • Must consider company benefit rather than their own. • Have good cooperation with all our team and all operation and other team. • Attending the meeting with customs officers/customers. • Help support teammates at Airport, Sihanouk Ville and GDCE with clearance process. • Help support key in customs system Customs Value Declaration for Valuation at Sihanouk Ville and Airport. III. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in related field and have broker license issued by GDCE • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customs Broker, a • Proficient in customs affairs of air freight or sea freight or road freight or express • Good command of Chinese and English for communication • Strong, effective and transparent delivery of communication with different stakeholders in the organization. • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadline. • Good command of English proficiency – both written and spoken. • Good knowledge of labor practices and laws. • Good communication, interpersonal skills, people and analytical skills • Good computer skills (Ms. Office, MS. Outlook…etc.).
