HR And Admin Officer

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and post job announcements for all positions required by manager in social media such as job websites, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, recruitment agencies etc. • Screen and shortlist CVs, contacting potential candidates for interview, negotiating salary, and processing required documents • supervise and file all driver documents, attendance, leave requisition, changing of truck driving record, debts, last payment request, and update in loading system • Process to opening new bank or Wing accounts for new recruited staff, driver, loading attendant at Garage • Check and control company’s Vehicles tax, road tax, and technical inspection when assigned • Track office utilities consumption, requesting and controlling admin expenses at Garage • Others task assigned by supervisory management II. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor degree in business management or related fields • One (01) or more years of administrative experiences • Good organizational and time management skills. • A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenges • Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building • Good communication & negotiation skills • Friendly personality, patient, tactful, and approachable • Proficiency in English and computer skills, Microsoft Office III.
