Truck Planning Officer (Import & Export)

I. Duties and Responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, and managing transportation to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards. - Received master plan from manager and prepare the trip planning following to master plan - Receive SO from manager and prepare the plan and delegate the trip of truck for each depot including in Phnom Penh and provinces - Prepare the report of trip of truck for each depot located in Phnom Penh city - Prepare the truck trip planning for teammate based on sites - Prepare the truck trip planning for small truck and sub truck - Update the report of truck finished loading and the remaining via GPS system - Other tasks assigned by line manger II. Requirement: - Fresh graduated or 2nd year student in business management, others related field. - experience in a similar industry - Knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics is a plus. - Computer literate (Ms. Office) and Quick Books - Confident and flexible, Customer Orientated, Dynamic, Honest - Friendly, hardworking and fast learning - Good interpersonal and communication skills; and customer service include - Good writing and typing skills of Khmer and English III.
