Duties and Responsibilities: • Strategic • Participate and provide support in decisions as a member of the management team • Prepare and execute strategic plans to achieve sales/lease targets. • Drive initiatives to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity. • Strong leadership and development skill to team under supervisory • Leasing: • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, lease terms, rental payments, and lease- related correspondence. • Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations, proactively managing lease negotiations and documentation. • Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues related to leased properties in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with legal counsel to review lease documents, ensure compliance with legal firm for hard title and legal documents processing. • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the tenant. • Ensure all lease agreements are accurately executed and compliant with company policies and legal regulations. • Collaborate with legal and property management teams to resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the leasing process. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease contracts, tenant rights, and building regulations. • Track and report on leasing activity, vacancy rates, lease renewals, and revenue generation.
