Job Description: - Process loan applications and analyze customer quality by checking customer income, customer profile, repayment history, etc. - Communicate with customer to collect relevant documents for loan processing and analysis - Perform CBC (Cambodia Credit Bureau) checks and prepare loan files for submission for approval, as per loan policy guideline - Ensure that all required documents are collected and completed for loan approval - Explain to customers different loan options available that will best meet their requirements - Communicate status of loan file to customers, dealers, and sales - Monthly incentives given for reaching targets, and phone card allowance Job Requirement: - Any bachelor degree Business or any related field - At least 1 years working experience in Banking & Finance industry, with knowledge in loans department - Basic knowledge in credit underwriting and disbursing loans - Fluent in spoken and written English and Khmer - Strong in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Email - Good customer service and communication skill - Ability to ensure documents are completed accurately and efficiently
