Job Title: Officer-Credit Analysis
Location: Phnom Penh
Deadline: 15-February-2025
Salary: Based on Qualification and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of potential and existing borrowers, including reviewing financial statements, credit histories, other relevant documents and market conditions.
- Create detailed risk profiles for borrowers to determine their creditworthiness and the appropriate lending terms.
- Implement and review credit policies and procedures to ensure align with the organization’s risk and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and market conditions that may impact credit policies.
- Work closely with sales, underwriting, legal, and compliance departments to ensure cohesive operations and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to align credit strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive practices, and economic conditions that could affect credit risk.
- Use insights from market analysis to inform credit strategies and policies.
- Build relationships with key clients to understand their needs, assess their financial situations and excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding credit decisions.
- Ability to identify and develop effective solutions for complex credit issues or related to credit risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, business or similar field.
- At least 2 years related experience in leasing/financing/banking industry.
- Proven expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer soft skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
