Working: 5 days/week from Mondayand Friday/8:00 AM to5:30 PMM, Break: 12:00 PM t1:30 PMPM
Directly Accountable to: Marketing Supervisor
Remuneration: Starting monthly salary be set in the range 400$-470$
Benefits: Competitive salary going to be provided on experience knowledge, 13th Salary, annual staff trip, Insurance company uniform.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s digital platforms, ensuring consistent branding and content alignment.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with promotional strategies.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Communicate with key accounts to coordinate digital and promotional plans.
• Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages on time.
• Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and segmentation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervision.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communication in the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
• Experience working with influencers.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
