Job Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns that align with our mission and values.
#Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
-Manage content creation, social media, and digital advertising efforts.
-Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure alignment.
-Oversee event planning, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
-Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
-Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve company goals.
#Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industry.
-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
-Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Proficiency in marketing tools, Canva, Google Drive, Capcut and Microsoft Office Suite.
