1. Oversee the calculation and reporting of salaries for Thansur Sokha Hotel
2. Identify workforce trends and adapt strategies to meet organizational demands and enhance competitiveness.
3. Develop and implement standard forms based on the specific needs of human resources in all companies.
4. Lead a rigorous review of salary calculation methods for new employees, layoffs, overtime (OT), suspensions, resign and attendance.
5. Conduct a comprehensive study on the HR work processes and propose necessary changes.
6. Formulate robust HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for approval from top management.
7. Present and provide intensive training on HR policies and SOP to all HR teams across business units.
8. Monitor actual human resource operations and initiate necessary corrections.
9. Analyze and prepare a Job Grade/Position Structure.
10. Keep updated in regularly reviewing labor laws to ensure unwavering compliance.
11. Study salary surveys and other benefits to ensure their alignment with the job market.
12. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the requirements for implementing an HR system and lead its development.
13. Perform other tasks assigned by the section manager and top management
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Human Resources or other related fields, MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
• At least 10 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources
• Proven experience in Management Level
• Good knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
• Good understanding of business acumen
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
