Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing HR functions to support organizational objectives. The role includes recruitment and talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement and retention, and facilitating CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure HR practices align with company goals while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain a talent pool database and ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
- Develop and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee loyalty.
CSR Leading and Facilitating:
- Plan, organize, and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and events.
- Engage employees in CSR initiatives to promote a sense of community and social responsibility.
- Monitor and report the impact of CSR programs.
General HR Administration:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
