Job Purpose:
Under supervision of HR manager, the HR Officer will play a vital role in assisting the general HR operation for the group of companies including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, handling company policies and disciplinary actions, training and development, and general HR administration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding: assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee relations: address employee inquiries, manage grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
- Performance management: support the implementation of performance management systems and assist in conducting performance appraisals.
- Training and development: assist training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
- Policy implementation: assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and benefits: support the payroll and NSSF process and other benefit programs once it becomes available.
- HR administrative support: provide general HR administrative support to HR department as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR executives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (HR software and tools are more priority).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with less supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask.
